  You’ll need to be more specific.

  1.  Are you looking to hire someone to make a formula for you?

  2.  What do you want the hair treatment to do?

  3.  What is a comparable product on the market?

  4.  Are you going to make it yourself or do you want a contract manufacturer to make it?

  Without these answers there you’re not going to find much help from anyone.

  thanks perry for response ,i want to make that formula by myself,i work chemist in Egypt and i have small company called (organo medicine) for cosmetics,the hair treatment which i mean for hair straightener ,the comparable products which present in Egypt are( keratin cure)(,Inoar) and global.i try to start formula which contains keratin protein 2%,ammonia 4%,cysteine HCl 3% ,monoethanolamine 10%,formalin 1.5%.
