  Formulation of eyeshadow product

  I’m looking at starting new products line, (eye shadows) i have my own ingredient list but need the help of a cosmetic chemist or someone that knows how to formulate and put together the eyeshadow for retail sales, i live in Australia (melbourne) so would need someone for my area, if you can help please contact me via my private email address:
