    Hello, long-time-lurker-turned-poster here! (I’m long-winded, so there’ll be a TL;DR at the bottom.)

About two months or so ago I took the dive and spent quite a bit to start formulating a lotion. The first run was good, but not really practical or notably great. After a few more tries, I changed the formula pretty significantly and would like some thoughts on it before I buy anything else or get too attached to more ingredients (though I do already have almost all of the ingredients listed anyway.)

I have a *lot* of scars due to dermatillomania (skin-picking disorder) and am eczema-prone so I wanted a lotion that would be extremely hydrating, extremely emollient (the softer the skin, the less urge to pick at it) and at least effectively lightening. There are absolutely extraneous and obsolete ingredients in the formula, so I’ve added a few notes to clarify why anything may or may not still be in formula.

I’m not too worried about ingredient price or quantity since the goal is to make all of my personal care products eventually.

Here my the excel sheet with comment-permission via Google sheets since it’s a hefty formula: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YS_PHQyznfou-jOgdrf5q8aIzfr6s55WLqhjNwQA-ps/edit?usp=drivesdk

I’ve also attached a really low quality picture for convenience. Thanks for any and all advice ????

TL;DR: big formula is probably too big/inoptimal. Goals are emollience, hydration, and lightening. Advice pls&ty!
