  Formulating different pH bioactives together

  Hi all,

  I am trying to formulate a blend of bioactives for scalp. One critical bioactive is only stable at room temperature, if it is in an alkaline solution (pH 10) and degrading at neural pH. How can I balance the formulation? How can I still incorporate this bioactive into my formulation as stable but my final formulation is suitable for the scalp? Thank you

  You probably can’t. It might help to know what ingredients are in your whole formula
