  Face wash filling problem

  Formula:

  SLES , CAPB, COCODEA, Polyquat-7 & GHTC+Glycerin. 

  I mix GHTc Paste after mixing all surfactant. 

  Problem:

  when filling into the tube, paste cut off improperly & fiber stick in side tube.

  so after heat sealing end it leaks. Due to leakage high rejection.

  Is serial of mixing GHTC paste ok?

  or sholud i mix it first with SLES so that  it cut off properly.

  GHTC 0.25% .

  Without GHTC no rejection.

  The problem can be incorrect shut of time in the tube filling machine, or the fill nozzle parts are worn and not seating correctly.
