  equipment suggestions for small batches

  Hi, 
  Could you please help me out and suggest a good and preferably affordable overhead mixer (or any other appropriate tool) to work with sucragel, montanov 68, olivem 1000. 
  I’m looking for something that will work well with very small batches (100g - 4000g)
