Good day everyone. It’s really good to be here.

Please a quick advice from the house.
My oil phase is 8HLB. The emulsifier I’m using is Tridecenth-9 and Co-emulsifier is Glyceryl Stearate. I use 50% of each of which I got same HLB 8 as my oil phase.

My concern now is, the Tridecenth-9 is 2.3%
While the Glyceryl Stearate is 2.7%, I’m using a total of 5% Emulsifier. Is it okay for the Co- Emulsifier to be higher than the Emulsifier?

@Queen_Benin2468 Are you trying to make a W/O or O/W emulsion?
