  • Do moles of Ethylene Oxide make SLES more sticky? Is ALES less sticky than SLES?

Taking knock-off experiments to the extreme, I determined that SLES is contributing to stickiness itself.

While I’ve found a lot of info on 2 (and 3 EO) moles being more water soluble and reportedly less irritating than 1 EO,
I’ve found almost no info on stickiness.

It looks the opposite: the more EO moles, the more sticky it becomes. Is it true?
Similarly to SLS being less sticky than SLES.

Is ALES less sticky than SLES?

I don’t think I am going to contribute to this because I suspect that the SLES I have is watered down. It is not sticky at all.

I’ve felt a sticky afterfeel for finished SLES products (diluted)
Did you feel any residual stickiness from ALES?
