  DIY sugar hair spray

  I’m creating a hairspray, after sitting under dryer it leaves a white reside. What can I do to keep the great hold but eliminate white reside. Help !

  Ingredients:

  1 cup of water

  4 tbs of sugar

  3 drops of Rose oil

  3 drops of lavender oil

  1% of liquid germall plus

  Use a different hold agent than sugar. It will leave a white residue as it dries and it is extremely difficult to preserve.

  Also, it is infinitely easier to critique a Formula when it is written in wt/wt%. Metric is the language of science.
