  DIY flaxseed oil?

  Hello, I cave a conditioner bar recipe that consists of

  BTMS

  cetyl

  coconut oil

  glycerin

  cocoa butter

  glycerin

  witch hazel

  vit E

  and optiphen plus.

  I also have jojoba oil, dimethicone, and kernal oil but I want to get rid of them and make flaxseed oil by soaking ground flaxseed in kernal oil (or any oil really) for 2-3 days and replacing those ingredients with the flaxseed oil. Im wondering if this is recommended or if someone can share some insight? also can I get rid of the vit E and just use optiphen?
