  Dimethicone based lip gloss?

   I stumbled across a gloss made from Dimethicone, Flavoring(Aroma), and Eugenol. I am curious to see how this could work.

  So far, this is the only formula for a lip gloss that I’ve seen to only contain Dimethicone and no other emollients or thickeners
