  Dimethicone

  I have limited knowledge about dimethicone. 
  For example,  Dimethicone DM350, Dimethicone Cross polymer, etc.
  How many types of dimethicone? Which one is friendly to skin?

  A lot of types. 

  They have different functions so depending to your need one may be better than another. 
  All are friendly for skin except Amodimethicone.

  For skin product start with dimethicone.
