    Is there anyway we can dilute FD&C colors (Like Blue no.1, Red no. 6, Red no. 33, Red no. 5, Yellow no. 5, Yellow no. 6, etc.) without separation.  We tried different Concentration Starting from 10% and down to1% using cold and hot D.I Water, but, once you put the solutions into clear bottles, all the colors settle down.

    Are you using lakes or dyes? Lake colour by dispersion but are insoluble in water but will disperse through powders or are suspended in creams. Lakes will separate out in water. Dyes will dissolve into the water phase

    Looks like you are add way too much dye.  Cut that down to 0.01% or so.

    I am using Dye.  I may try 0.01%

    1% would be the max
