  Detangling ingredients for solid shampoo bar

  Good Evening!!!
  I’m looking for detangling ingredients to use in my SCI/SCS based solid shampoo bar. What would you recommend?

  I’m afraid I haven’t worked with solid shampoo bars before, but a good place to start might be by looking at some on the market to see what they use. It won’t tell you at what percentage, but it will suggest what works.

  Just from a quick search myself, it looks like they more often contain emollient oils and then rely on a separate conditioning step for detangling. However one I spotted used stearyl and cetyl alcohol which may provide a little slip.
