  D-panthenol liquid crystallizatio

  Hello, has anyone encountered d-panthenol crystallizatio? I noticed thin and small “hair-strand shape” crystals drop out of a d-panthenol and floral water solution. This is the first I noticed this even though I’ve been combining these ingredients for a long time. The crystals did not appear until after the ingredients were combined and sat for about an hour.
