  Cream Making Homogenizer/High Shear Mixer for Home Lab Use (cost-effective)

  Hi guys, 

  I’m looking to upgrade from my over-aerating stick blender to a homogenizer that will blend really well without the bubbles, etc + make my emulsification stick better.

  I came across this one on Amazon (as I’m looking for a more cost effective option).

  It seems to have a few good reviews.. not in depth though.

  Does anyone have experience with this, suggestions, or other machines that have worked well for smaller batches 100oz per batch?

  Not bad price for a lab homogenizer, search on eBay too
