• Starting a cosmetic line

  Hello, I am an Aromatherapist and I am in the initial stages of designing and researching to start selling a line of room sprays/pillow sprays. Because these are not intended to be used directly on the body, but will come into contact with peoples’ skin when in the air or on linen, I am confused as to whether a CPSR is needed for these? If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate some information. Thank you!
