Any suggestions on a cosmetic regulatory program that can do QQ’s and Ingredient deck? I am familiar with Coptis but right now its out of the budget.

Take a look at https://www.cosmedesk.com/. Cosmedesk automates the document generation, such as the PIF. It has an ingredient deck, plus lots of other features, like label compliance review, risk assessment and multi market ingredient restrictions. This web-based software has friendly prices and a great team to assist you. 🙂

I have. I think one of their best characteristic, besides the lower price, is the user-friendliness. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. They even let me try it first before subscribing.
