Cooling agent
This is my first experience of making body cream. The upper one is U20-0.3%, the lower, U20-0.2%. Active compounds are Panthenol-0.75% , HA- 0.25% Lipid phase olive-3.5%, Cetyl alcohol-1%, Cetearyl alcohol 1.5%, Stearyl alcohol-1.5%. IPM-6.3%, Borage-2%, grape seedoil- 3.5%. Emulsifier - 165. I would like to know how i can improve absorption. I also want to add cooling agent, & which one should i choose , menthol and Aloe leaf juice. How can i add menthol crystals?
Propanediol-3% & butanediol-3% glycerin-1% .Texture is ok, but poor absorption.

Maybe you can try reducing you oil phase and use thickener. It might help with “seem like faster absorption” feeling.

It depends on what you mean by “poor absorption”. Normally you just need to adjust the skin feel. Perhaps you can reduce the percentage of fatty alcohols.
@Pattsi i’d assume U20 is Ultrez 20.

As @jemolian said you can adjust % of your ingredients to get the skin feel you want.
Menthol can be use as cooling agent.
Borage and menthol - I don’t know where is this leading to. -
