  Contract Manufacturer: Aerosol + Hair Color

  Hi-
  I am looking for a contract manufacturer in the US who can fill our oxidative demi-permanent hair dye formula in aerosol cans.
  Any recommendations?

  Don’t use aerosol. Search for BOV (Bag-on-valve) fillers. Eliminates a whole host of problems.
