  coconut water vs coconut oil

  When you see cocos Nucifera in an ingredient deck what are we really talking about? I can’t use coconut oil because it’s comedogenic but is coconut water comedogenic? How are they different?

  If the company is compliant with regulations they specify it as either oil or water.
