  Coca betaine / surfactant and foam booster

  I’m making a shampoo. I know the the surfactants are not supposed to be more than 30 percent of the formula.  My question is if I want to use coca betaine as a surfactant and a foam booster how would if it makes my surfactants over 30 percent?

  My surfactants are
  Lauryl glucoside 10%
  Coca Betaine 15%
  Sci powder 5% ( sodium cocoyl isethionate)
  Decyl glucoside 8%
