Hi, I recently formulated clear sun sticks using gelatinization agents, octyldodecanol and so on. My product also have olive oil in it. The came out very well, very good skin feel.

But I noticed, sweating of the product which is tiny droplets on top of product. I guess it the olive oil coming out of the product.

May b I am wrong. Please tell me why I am facing such sweating of product problem. And how to resolve it.

There might be polarity differences between the oils you are using which can cause this, or even large differences between the melting points of ingredients.

So using something like silica can help swell the oils and reduce sweating.
