  Cationic ingredients for skin

  Does cationic ingredients like Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine have any benefit for skin inlin and cream?

  Little benefit (softening) to skin once acidified to the amine salt, but it makes one helluva emulsifier especially for silicones.
