  The “Cascading Emollients” approach developed by Cognis involves blending high, medium and low spreading emollients (using three or more emollients) in order to achieve an aesthetically more pleasing skin feel in products.

  Please feel free to explain in greater depth and/or comment about the “Cascading Emollients” approach to blending emollients to adjust skin feel in products.
