  Carbonyl analysis

  I’m interested in the carbonyl content for a range of our products, that are oil in water emulsions. Already found quite some information, such as DNPH derivatization with HPLC analysis, but lacking information on a proper sample work-up. Could anyone suggest me a good sample work-up method? Preferably not with strong acids/base or high temperatures.
