Calculation in mol

I am reacting trimethylolpropane (TMP) with C8/C10 acid and adipic acid. Since adipic acid is a dimer acid, hence my reaction wont be:

1 mol of TMP + 3 mol of Acid

> 1 mol of ester + 3 mol of water

MW of TMP:134.17

MW C8/C10:155.44

MW Adipic acid:146

Can anyone of you teach me how to calculate in mol so that I can calculate the mass need for charging

Anyone synthesizing chemicals for use on the human body should take most, if not all, of the courses there, preferably before they start experimenting on people.
