Beta Glucan 1,3-D ………… and 1,4 vs 1,6 …..and purported skincare bene’s
I realize these two forms are based off the feedstock…and also determine if they are water soluble vs water dispersible.
My question would be….does one form vs the other have better/more/some better benefits that the other? Naturally I would assume if there was a benefit to be had…. it would more likely be forthcoming from a water-soluble format….vs a water dispersible format. Hence why BG from oats… has been more popular than that from yeast or mushrooms? (But open to being ignorant.)
Would love to read some articles… if there are any technical/professional papers comparing the two.
