Batch Mixers which to buy
Hi,
I would like some advise on which batch mixer to buy, We want to start doing 5-10 gallons batches for body butters and scrubs both are the same consistency a thick cream, of course the scrub base is the same consistency as the butter, I am not interested in a stirrer to blend the sugars and salt of the scrub, this we can handle in a different way, so we just need the mixer for the base of both products butter and scrub. Right now what is working fine for us is a kitchen hand mixer. There are many stirrers, agitators, mixers, dispersers in the market and they all vary depending on so many factors, so I need advise on which mixer to use for 5-10 gallons batch. In our product formula we use e-wax, stearic acid, distilled water, beeswax, shea butter, different oils.Thank you -
