At what quantity would CMIT MIT in leave on product be as gentle as phenoxyethanol or DMDM hydantoin

If we use CMIT MIT in face and body lotion in combination with other preservatives, at what percentage would it be non irritating and sensitizing?

Or irritating and sensitization would be at the same level as 0.5-1% phenoxyethanol or 0.1-0.2% DMDM hydantoin?

I know It may be very small quantity ( ≤1ppm), but i just want to have an estimation.

Would not use isothiazolinones in leave on products - sensitization/ risk much more so than phenoxy of DMDM Hydantoin.
