  APG surfactants at pH 4 stability

  I saw in a book that glucoside surfactants like coco glucoside hydrolysis at pH below 5 but there are APG products like Euperlan® PK 1200 Coco-Glucoside (and) Glycol Distearate (and) Glycerin at pH 3-3.5 or Lamesoft® PO 65 at pH 3-4. also i am making Shampoo with APG at pH 4.1 with no problem but maybe that is because because i am using <2% APG. 

  my question is, is APG surfactants stable and effective when the final pH of shampoo is around 4?
