Anti Shine Formulation
I am trying to duplicate a product that contains Organic Brown Rice, Vit E. Sandalwood Oil, and Jojoba Oil with DI Water in that order…The prototype has no preservative or anything else and is a spongy, almost bouncy consistency… Almost like a softer Pomade… But to no avail with that ingredient deck can I get there…. It is a mushy consistency with no way or ingredients to thicken or add substance…. I even trying boiling Rice and running it through a roller mill as well as using rice powder to thicken… I suspect there is information missing off the ingredient deck…..Any thoughts ?
