  Anhydrous cream discussion!

  Hey Ya’ll.  My name is Mike and I am new to the forums. I have begun a new formulation experience of making anhydrous topicals.  My aim is using a hydrophilic organic solvent and mineral oil to make a cream which does not contain water.  Does anyone have any recommendations of where to start from a discovery and investigation standpoint?  I’d appreciate any advice.  Thanks! - M
