  Alternatives to 50 cSt Dimethicone to Achieve Similar Skin Feel?

  What are alternative ingredients or combinations of ingredients (alternatives could be either silicone-containing or not silicone-containing) that together offer the same or similar skin feel characteristics of 50 cSt Dimethicone?

  In other words, how would you replace 50 cSt Dimethicone in an O/W skin product with other silicone-containing alternatives or with alternatives that are silicone-free in order to most closely approximate Dimethicone’s skin feel?

  I imagine that it might require an ingredient blend to most closely approximate 50 cSt Dimethicone’s characteristics.  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, comments or discussion about 50 cSt Dimethicone replacements.
