Searching the forum archives
I just wanted to post a quick comment that for people viewing this forum from their mobile device, if you do not see a “search” field in the upper right of the page, you will have to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on “Full Site”. This will then render the page with the “search” box option.
This is probably a no brainer for those of us that are tech savvy…but I have noticed a lot of posts by newbies get directed to search the site (since the site and its archives are truly a treasure trove of information) so I thought I’d post a quick fyi in case anyone coming to the site can’t access the search feature.
@Perry if you ever want to change this, it appears you can modify the vanilla forums template to include the search feature in the mobile version, either by a module or some code modifications.

Thanks! @abierose - There is a Vanilla update due soon so perhaps while that is being updated I’ll make sure the search is updated for the mobile version.
