Well, you’re going to have to tell us what the brand is and give a link to the ingredient list. Otherwise, we’ve given the best answers we’ve got.

That Lubrizol formula will be much like what is in the video. If you want it clear, just disregard the mica/dyes.
A ringing gel/pomade formula with Peg 90M will give the stringy results. The fixatives used will effect the amount of webbing as well.

As @Microformulation said plus another polymer from Dow. I have done it in emulsion form similar to Osis. Try an Aculyn in combination with PEG90M, won’t be a cheap formulation though.
