  Bar Soap Stability

  Can anyone reference a stability protocol for bar soap?  Even best practices would be good.  Current product has no water content, hot pour, with no preservatives added.  I am not sure if the standard cosmetics stability applies to bar soaps.  Thanks.

  Conduct standard cosmetic stability excluding freeze thaw——add most important for bar soap 80/80 for sandiness washdown for three months ie 80F

  Our protocol is 40 C for three months , including packaging. At the same time we retain samples at ambient conditions. Over time these provide  Real Time stability.
