Dispersing agent for Color Cosmetics
Hi Fellas!
I’m currently on development product lip tint which is the base is W/O emulsion with stain color after application on lips.I found an obstacle to mixing the color paste into the base I’ve created. The color of the paste is hard to integrate with the base I’ve mixed with dyes. here’s below for material that i used for the product.Aqua Butylene Glycol Glycerine Xanthan Gum Ammonium
