Dispersing agent for Color Cosmetics

Hi Fellas!
I’m currently on development product lip tint which is the base is W/O emulsion with stain color after application on lips.

I found an obstacle to mixing the color paste into the base I’ve created. The color of the paste is hard to integrate with the base I’ve mixed with dyes. here’s below for material that i used for the product.

can you give me advice for materials or mfg process that can give good results to dissolve the color paste into my base? Please share it to me. Many thanks - Bima

C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate?

Hi! Thanks for your advice. Honestly, in my parent formula, i’m using C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate (6%) which is now i used diisostearyl malate (5%) and sorbitan sesquioleate (1%) but there’s still pigment’s which is color paste that still don’t dissolves
