Query on Hair Conditioner
I have a query on the hair conditioner list of ingredients below:
In this particular list, what could be the function of the Isopropyl Alcohol? Is it there to help dissolve another ingredient? I’m just wondering which ingredient. Perhaps the Burdock? From my experience with the other ingredients there should not be any particular solubility issues?

given that it’s near the end of the list, it’s probably a residual solvent from one of the other ingredients (possibly vanillin?)

most certainly coming in with extracts which must be at a very low level

I agree. It’s a solvent for one of the feature ingredients.
