Moisturizer for burned skin
Are there products out there designed specifically for burned skin? Thanks!

Prescription products like Silvadene. I would not put a Cosmetic product on medically compromised skin such as a significant burn. It would be negligent.

There are studies which show that aloe vera is better than Silvadene. I formulated a combination product using aloe vera, tepezcohuite, and calendula as herbal actives, plus several anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal actives (eg Monolaurin).
We market it for first degree burns, (eg sunburn), bruises, insect stings. However, we’ve had two people use it on second degree burns. One of these was pretty bad, the person had the handle break off a pan when cooking potato chips and the oil caused severe and extensive burns. The results were very good; she took before/after photos. We also have a series of photos of a second degree welding burn treated with it.
At the moment the product is on trial with a clinic that treats diabetic leg conditions. If all goes well we will apply for clinical approval by the Mexican health authorities in due course.

Most complete study available states: Among 25 patients treated with Aloe dressing, 24 patients had complete recovery while 1 had incomplete. In the SSD group, out of 25 patients, 19 patients had complete recovery and 6 had hypertrophic scar formation or the development of contractures. These differences were statistically significant.
