hi guys, i would like to ask your opinion. the mixture seems not getting harden/solid after few hour of mixing, i don’t know where i’ve done wrong. i hope you guys can assist me.

    distilled Water   -67%
    Ceteareth  - 25 7.5%
    Glycerin  - 4%
    Propylene Glycol - 3%
    Peg-7 Glyceryl cocoate - 3.5%
    Pvp K90 - 5%
    Peg-40 Hydrogenated castor oil - 2%
    Polysorbate 20 -  1%
    Fragrance - 1%
    dmdmh - 1%
    double boiler x 2

    phase 1

mixing distilled water + PG + VG until clear , then heating it up nicely around 50c-70c. slowly input the PVP k90 into the mixture and stir slowly and mix it until the pvp is desolved completely and let it be on 80c

    phase 2

mix PEG 40 CA + PEG 7 GC , stir it until in become unified enough for me, then slowly input the C25 into the mixture. stir it slowly.

    phase 3

put (phase 2) into (phase 1) and stir it until the foam dissisipate and let it cool down to 50c

    phase 4

input the mixture of fragrance + polysorbate 20 into the  boiler.

    phase 5

last but not least, put the DMDMH for preservative
    .

it this correct guys? please share with me your thought and ideas.

    tq

you need to increase your ceteareth-25; that’s the material that makes the product go solid
