    Is it true that for a baby shampoo to be considered “Tear-Free”… its pH would have to match that of tears +- pH 7 ?

      For something to be considered “tear-free” you have to demonstrate through testing that it is tear free. pH is not really a consideration but closer to 7 is generally more likely to be tear free.
