Oh my god I came here with almost the same question. I have tried so many things and it keeps separating.

What I’ve tried:

A.

82% water

8% rosemary hydrosol

1% snow mushroom

1% Irish Sea moss extract

1% keratin protein

1% honeyquat

3% oil

1% btms50

1% cetyreal alcohol

1% dpanthenol

B.

82% water

C works the best, the other two break I believe due to the percentages being too low :/ if I do 2% btms and 2% cetearyl it emulsifies and feels great but it’s near solid like a cream. I see so many thin formulas on the market using these conditioning agents and emulsifiers I do not understand how they do it.
