glucose is effective moisturizer thats why i am using it in this formulation 
as the formulation contain high level of surfactant

Can i use castor oil in the foumula to help eliminates secretion of oil?

By adding Ceresin makes the formula a little soft as compared to ozokerite wax it makes the cream harder but using both helps the cream to remain stable at high temperature as the temperature in most areas on pakistan is lot higher

I had similar problem in my liquid soap. I tried Tinogard Q it work very well but it is highly costly. 
Then i used Benzonphenone-4 at concentration of 0.1% it works well as well and is cost effective as well.

Best option is Tinogard Q by BASF if cost is not the problem
