That’s true, I can’t find anywhere in CFR regarding adding preservatives for powder colorants since the customers can add the preservative during formulating however as the industry is moving towards increase shelf life, powder with amount of moisture/humidity in Florida is going to support growth to Microbiological bacteria. We can furnace it at 110/120 which kills most bacteria but it also impact the color value.
