    OMC destabilizes the AVO (AVO is already naturally very unstable). On the other hand OCT stabilizes (in part) AVO.


    To be sincere, just in the USA I still see combinations of AVO + OMC… Since they have few approved UV filters. You’ll not find easily this combination in the rest of the world. 

    You can’t achieve a high or a even moderate UV-A protection using just OMC and AVO. On the other hand, you can achieve a relatively acceptable  UV-A protection using OCT + AVO.

    Water, Alcohol, Potassium Cocoyl Glutamate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Glycerin, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Polyquaternium-10, Xanthan Gum, Triethylhexanoin, Citric Acid, Trisodium HEDTA, Sodium Citrate.
    But its texture is extremely runny since it’s for the Japanese market (Japanese costumers don’t like thick shampoos, they prefer very thin textures for shampoos). It foams up a lot…

    Coincidentally I’ve just used a totally clear (like pure water) “sulfate-free” shampoo… Ingredients on the next message…

    In Japan, where the use of triclosan is extremely limited, they usually use o-cymen-5-ol. I don’t know if it fits all your requirements though.
