Interpolymer makes a water base nail polish as well, similar material but different: Styrene/Acrylates/Ammonium Methacrylate Copolymer.

generally lauryl glucoside has longer carbon chain thus has higher viscosity than decyl glucoside. and longer carbon chain also tends to be milder on skin. so if i have to answer the question i would say decyl glucoside has better “detergency effect”.
