Drop the glycerine, drop all the natural butters and replace them with cetyl alcohol for better slip. Replace beeswax with Candelilla wax or increase the cetyl alcohol for better glide but be mindful that Candelilla is a harder balm so use lesser amount. Keep the kaolin. Use pre blended iron oxide colorants. Everything should blend without a help of stick blender. Add dimithicone for silkier feel. To extend shelf life you can add a little vit e. The finish product should look like a proper stick blush or deo stick and not a soft lotion consistency.

Glycerine is water soluble. Also try to use less sticky butter like mango butter.
