Hello might sound stupid but, if you buy the HMW, blend is dry for 10-20-30min…. you will get you LMW no? just need a lab to give you the MW distribution I would think (GPC)… this does not answer your question but could be a cheap alternative to so called nano product

Hello I have a limited experience but sounds like the guar did not swell properly! Are you sure that you or your staff are following the same procedure?
I found the use of some 4-5% glycerol helps to suspend the guar before the addition of H2O. -

Out of curiosity I look at the supermarket, and yes I agree this is the general idea, sulfate free, pH around 7, but not much science regarding the effect on the skin, eyes…. of coco glucoside for example or Cocamidopropyl Betaine…

@Biochemist not really, any home brew store will have some, they look like a belt that goes around the drum.

it all comes to the $.
a 200L drum, second hand will cost you $10, you get a drill and a paddle and you are in business I guess. To heat a you can get 2 or 3 heating units used for home brew… they can heat your mix to 40 plus degrees…

in regards of the oil-based preservatives, well might work in some cases, never know before you try I guess… -
