your formulation is only for shower not for shampoo. you need to use some conditioner for hair like polyquaternium 10 ….

Hi @amitvedakar i think there is method to test no more tear. I try to use mild surfactant but i need to demonstrate a statement that my formula is nomore tear

with mica shimmer should use aqua sf1 at 7 -8%  that keep the mica floating

mikethair, You can recommend ASEAN COSMETIC GMP TRAINING COURSE. Module 10: storage. depend on specification of product about the condition storage. We usually keep raw in difference site. For example: extract and perfume we keep in cool place at about 26 degree celcius….

I remove carbopol and increase Peg-150 distearate to 0.5%, Betain from 7 to 11%. CMEA 2 %. viscosity of finish good is ok. I am following stability of product at 45 & 50 degree celcius. If i have good news, i will share to you. Thanks,

My problem can not find thicker using for this formualtion with good stability. I know that with mild surfactant base having low viscosity

Thank a lot for your comment. I work for OEM company and my customer who want to make sulfate free shampoo with low cost so active mterial of surfactant low.  I think carbomer or PEG-150 stearate can not use for this formula. How could you recommend to me what kind of thickener can be use in order stability this formulation

I know that CMIT/MIT not safety for personal care but in my country it is still using with  concentrate maximum can not over 15 ppm

Sles-1 is irritance than sles-2. so my boss ask me change.
